GTB Linear Motion Bushing

The close type GTB linear motion bushing has low power consumption, making it energy saving. It is also easy and convenient to lubricate, maintain and displace. Since the friction coefficient is controlled within 0.001-0.004, smooth motion and a long service life can be achieved. The GTB linear motion bushing can operate in high speed motion and it can also realize flexible, accurate and smooth motion at low speed. As the linear motion bushing can adjust its own structure to fit the size of its mating parts, the requirement on the accuracy of the mating parts is lowered. Because it is made of quality HRC58-63 alloy steel that has gone through medium frequency induction quenching, the rail shaft is highly durable, reliable, and capable of maintaining accuracy in the long term.

The linear motion bushing has the following types: GTB (general series), GTBt (special series), GTB-T with adjustable clearance (general series) and GTB-t with adjustable clearance (special series). It comes with only two rail shaft supporting bases and is commonly used for equipment that has a short travel distance or does not require high motion accuracy.

NOTE
1. The fastener of 4-d2 hole uses the socket head cap screw.
2. The dynamic load rating and the static load rating refers to positive pressure.
3. Customers can place special orders for the rail shaft, rail shaft supporting base, and ball bearing supporting base, according to the requirements of different practical application.
4. GTB-t dimensions are the same as those of GTB type, and GTBt-t dimensions are the same as those of GTBt type. As for other dimension series, please refer to the sizes of corresponding models in the general series.
